Well the key thing we need is the age and the ID because how will we verify you? Do you have like a report card, birth certificate.

Well I have a birth certificate and a report card but not a Photo ID.

that means can't use the birth certificate as a form of ID. it's more of a state ID, driver's license,...

Hey, I'm just 13, how am I supposed to have a state ID or a Drivers License. BTW, I just moved here from India, so I can't apply for a State ID yet! Any other way?
