The solution of One-half d minus 1 is greater than or equal to negative 15. is d ≥ 28 Would that be false or would that be true?

    I am wondering why the sign was changed from minus to positive, there was no need to multiply or divide thru by a neghative value.

    Note the - sign preceding the 28.
