    wouldn't it be 5x+4<29 Step 1: Subtract 4 from both sides. 5x+4−4<29−4 5x<25 Step 2: Divide both sides by 5. 5x5<255 x<5 Answer: x<5

    The answer of @aloud 's workout is correct. The solution lies in a number below 5 and such number is not inclusive. Therefore, the numbers included are 3 and 4. Hence the answer is C.
