I see why you used the process of elimination, but: A can't be it because antigens and antibodies are used for fighting off diseases (from immune system) in the human body B can't be it because offspring is just a fancy word for children of the prior generation, and clones are precise beings of another living organism D can't be it because it's blatantly obvious why

C is the only option left.. Eggs and sperm aren't just in humans. Most (if not all) living organisms produce offspring from an egg and sperm.
