    70 .7*100 =70 percent

    no problem. just remember any decimal that you're converting to a percentage gets multiplied by 100

    mhjc0814 is correct. When you want to express a decimal as a percent you multiply that number with 100 so 0.7 x 100 = 70% similarly to convert from a percent to a decimal we divide 70 by 100 70/100 = 0.7
