    basically its askin what percent is 43 of 846 so it would be 363.78

    the symbol in between the 2 numbers is used in set theory If my memory serves me right it means 'is a subset of'. I'll check it out

    it means subset as fewer elements or equal to as your statement stands it doesn't make sense
