[9.01] Determine whether the graph of y = 3x2 − 7x + 2 opens up or down and whether it has a maximum or minimum point.

    The minimum is obtained by completing square, then then making the squared quantity 0, basically it is f( -b/2a). The maximum is obtained by substiting the limits of the interval. Whatever gives you the maximum is the maximum

    If u do 2nd derivative test u get a minimum point \[x >0\]
