    on your keyboard should be a "prt scrn" key hit that key, then open up MS paint and go to edit --> paste edit/crop if needed, save it, then send it

    the "prt scrn" key is normally in the top right portion of the keyboard around the "insert", "delete", etc

    This problem is just awful. It makes no mention at all if point C is on line RS (extend out segment RS). The other info seems not that useful either

    it looks like C is on line RS, but I can't be sure anyways, IF that is true, then aiming at point R will reflect onto point D
