    no its not false cause congruent means equal sides and if the question said the bases are congruent then they are equal and the answer for sure Is (TRUE)

    The theorem says that an isosceles trapezoid is a trapezoid with congruent legs, however the bases are parallel as well, so the bases are congruent too

    The answer is true for the question I got confused with pictures. Yes an isosceles trapezoids bases are congruent.
