    ok look at the last 2 costs 21.95 and 21.45 difference = $0.50 and difference in time is 10 minutes so?

    sorry guy i'm not sure about this one . the average is usually the rate per unit of time which is a minute in this case. I would go for C but i'm not absolutely sure.
