i don't know sorry. i guess i've done this in the past but i can't remember the sum of the residuals is - 60 which does not seem too bad but the residuals themselves are all far from zero. i would guess that b is the correct option.

there was no equation it was just the table and then answer choices :)
That's weird....There should be an equation for the line of best fit...Or many that may be because quite a bit of the answer is missing lol
