What does “framing” mean?

    Know what a picture frame is? I am sure thaty no matter what topic this is a question for, the origin of the term has to do with a picture frame or the concept of what they do.

    I could tell you the equestrian term framing.... it's when a horse rounds it poll and drops it's nose to the vertical.... basically XD
