From a balloon 1191 feet high, the angle of depression to the ranger headquarters is 72°54'. How far is the headquarters from a point on the ground directly below the balloon (to the nearest foot)?
I understand the question completely, you find the measure of the angle using the Trigonometric Function of Tangent;my only problem is with 72°54', and I've had this problem in the past where I have a value like this, and I don't know how to manipulate it so I can place it into the problem to solve it
I need someone to VERY CLEARLY, explain what I do to manipulate 72°54' into degrees
