Well the Law of conservation of mass states that mass is neither created nor destroyed in any ordinary chemical reaction. The Law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed it can only change from one form into another or transferred from one object to another. I don't know what you ecosystem is so I can't comment on the rest.
