Easy math for most of you so if youll help me.. here some easy medal and an easy fan. I just need help. This is the part of math I dont understand. So, my question is: write the ratios for Sin X and Cos X

    sin X = opposite side / hypotenuse - the opposite side is as you would expect the side 'opposite to angle X and the hypotenuse is always the longest side

    cos X = adjacent / hypotenuse the adjacent side is the side on which the angle is 'sitting'

    very important NOTE for angle Y in the diagram the hypotenuse is still the same side but the adj becomes the opposite and opp becomes the adjacent The opposite and adjacent sides are relative to the angle

    look at the diagram and ask yourself which side is opposite angle X?

    okay, so what i believe it is is... sin X sqrt of 119/12, Cos X= 5/12
