    no it is not D lets go slow and find the lowest point on the graph the absolute value is always greater than or equal to zero what x value would make \(|x+3|=0\)?

    and if \(x=-3\) then \(y=|-3-3|-4=0-4=-4\) so the lowest point on the graph is \((-3,-4)\)
