I'm not exactly sure what their definition is
in the previous questions, "simplify" meant "write using positive exponents only"
I just used a dividing monomials calculator and it said 3

of course you aren't sure, there is no such mathematical operation as "simplify" it is the lazy math teachers way of saying "give me the answer i want"
