    Would twin babies born at Point D have U.S. citizenship? It would depend on the citizenship status of the babies' parents. It would depend on whether the parents move to the United States. Yes, the babies would be native U.S. citizens by the law of the blood. Yes, the babies would be native U.S. citizens by the law of the soil.

    It would be A I'm pretty sure. The only thing that confuses me about it is that if the child was born while one of it's parents was serving in the US Military then that automatically make the child a US citizen

    True, but the law of the blood also makes someone techically a U.S. citizen if they dont live here
