    the absolute value limit , you can easily notice that the base is greater than zero so I 2-x I = = 2 -x Put x = 0 10 * 0 + 2 = 2 2 - x = 2 it exists

    All you do is that you put the values ( or find the limit) and if f(2) + = f(2) - = f(2) it exists otherwise not.
