Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.3a line x=4 is vertical, therefore a perpendicular line to x=4 is going to be a horizontal line y=C (where C can be any number). Now, you need a horizontal line that goes throuhg the point (2,6) can you give me this horizontal line?
