    look at the x and y and youll notice that both move three for every point it intersects evenly

    Wouldn't it be 1/3 as the graph is reduced by a factor of 1/3??? The exponential growth is represented by the function x^2 but you can see everything is smaller than should be by a factor of 1/3 because if x=3 then the equation would be 3^2=9 but it is 3
