oh, use the pythagorean theorem to figure what the height of the triangles are

7^2 = 4^2 + h^2

Area of each triangle is (1/2)*h*4 add that to the rectangle area = 9*11

the triangles have $h=\sqrt{33}$ so the area 2 of them is, $4\sqrt{33}$
