    Any US citizen under 18 can't vote

    This means that just because someone is NOT 18, doesn't mean he or she isn't a US ctizen and minors still have their individual and natural rights.

    Like school officials can't deny a student's right to speak out against an issue, just because he or she isn't 18. They still have every right to speak out. The 1st Amendment ensures this.
