Hello does anyone know the easiest way to identify if an equation matches a graph? Without having to draw the graph and graph the line.

    like if i have the equation y=-2x+1 and 4 graphs and i have to find the right graph that matches

    Depends what the Delta Y Delta X is Aka Rise over run

    That equation is -2 over 1 So it would go down 2 over 1

    And the "+1"is the Y intercept

    Mx is the Delta Y over Delta X and b is the Y intercept
