Simple - you don't. Just don't login, change your email and password to something random and logout, or ask a moderator to permanently suspend it. ~Compassionate

Asking a moderator to permanently suspend it will result in an ip ban until the suspension for those accounts are over, so that might not even be a possible route anymore.

If you have 2 accounts (i assume you haven't done anything wrong) you aren't really supposed to have 2 :P but i guess it doesn't really matter unless you are doing something wrong . However there shouldn't really be a reason to delete an account unless you have done something wrong

You can be permently suspended but because of the way the data is handled they cannot delete your account, they used to but now that the site has grown it can be unfair to other users of the site you one person gets deleted, sorry about this.

Also, I don't think they willingly ban people by request.
