Not only one effect happend there i honestly would say chains because the fact your alarm did not go off so you woke up late sence you woke up late you missed the but sence you missed the bus you missed your math test.
I also think it can be possibly C or B. This is beacuse , lets say , you forgot to set your alarm clock right ? This means that you will miss the bus. You know that if you miss the bus , you will most certainly be late for school. Then if your late for school, you will obviously miss your math test. This shows some chain events because you start of with something and then end up carrying on with it in a pattern. Same as C , because there is one cause which can lead up to many different effects aswell. So I think its kind of both.
