    It depends on what half its size means. If it means that there is a linear scale factor of 1/2 for its length and width, then the answer is 4 ft by 2 ft. If half size means half the area, then since the original area is 32 sq ft, then half the area is 16 sq ft, and the correct answer then is 4 ft by 4 ft.
