    I think that it is false, since Physics is related to the study of natural phenomena in which the chemical structure is not involved

    False: Chemical changes produce new substances, physical changes simply rearrange what is already there. Example of chemical change: A match catching on fire. Example of physical change: Water freezing to become ice.
