1. Emailing complaints@openstudy.com for a refund doesn't work. Prior to @iGreen 's post, another user has tried to get his money back, but his emails ended up being bounced. 2. I do agree that there are some QH's that don't help too well and on one of the QH questions, I ended up having to bail out one QH and do the work for an hour (grits teeth). 3. Let me recall some of the rules that Ambassadors must follow: There are some key behaviors that Ambassadors must express ◘ As an Ambassador, you agree to always be kind and understanding ◘ As an Ambassador you should let users know you appreciate them ◘ Congratulate and reward positive behavior, and discourage negative behavior ◘ Lead by example! And I have not seen it lately towards one of them. You know who you are. I saw the the training post a while back but unless that phase has been completed, at least to me, it's still not ambi...yet. It's more like Ambassador - In Training status.

Great question..... !! I would suggest that OS should keep \(OS~ Bucks\) return button for QH users, in case they couldn't help...just press the button select the user and amount and payback. \(That~doesn't~make~OS~a~stealer~!\)

If you didn't receive Qualified Help, then why pay for it? It's like buying a new toaster at a store and it ends up not working. You don't want to keep a broken toaster do you? Return it and get your money back. As others already mentioned, ask Preetha. It's probably the fastest way since the email OS provided doesn't work too well.
