Is the max smartscore 99?

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0so this site is for helping with tough questions. So am i correct when i think writing questions word for word from a hw assignment is not allowed? and then asking for the answer? because i was strolling through the math and bio sections and i saw this was the case.
