    Its the second option the translation down 5 is first part then 180 degrees counterclockwise rotation is second part

    Sorry my geogebra was slow in making the gifs anyways, first translate ABC 5 units down (see 1a.gif) then rotate the translated figure 180 degrees (see 1b.gif) so horsegirl27 is correct
