well, the first 9 digits are easy: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

now, in analogy to base 10, after 9 we get 10, 11, 12, etc. in base 9, however, we end up with such two-digit numbers after 8 instead, so the next 9 digits should be: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
