Also he is going to help you understand not give you a direct answer.
sorry, I posted this question because I literally know nothing on the subject
Do you have an idea of what speciation is?
no I dont
Well when you research the topic, google says that it is the formation of new and distinct species
makeing new and old things?
Think about the information I gave you and try to relate it to your answer choice that you were given.
And no distinct does not mean old, it means recognizably different in nature from something else of a similar type or readily distinguishable by the senses.
C?
What is your reasoning? Or was that just a lucky guess?
it has the key word new... and mutation
lol do you know what a mutation is?
"recognizably different" seems similar to mutation
It is, there are 2 answers that make sense @Abhisar may you please check her answer for me please? thankyou :)
Thanks for the help @kingalex123 , Yes, that seems correct to me. Mutation causes various changes in the genetic make up of an organism which may lead to speciation.
Ok thankyou for specifying. @Abhisar
Pleasure is mine, Keep up the good work
@Abhisar um Is there any other possible answer?
change in the environment?
Yep, I think change in th animal's environment can also lead to speciation.
