    lol ok so you divide the top number by the bottom number of the fraction. you can use a calculator.

    so since A is 12/38, i divided 12 by 38 and i got 0.315789

    i moved the decimal which is this>> . two spaces to the right. so it landed right after the 1. your number is now 31.5789 but we cant use that. so we round up?
