    Okay, a rectangle has opposite sides that are congruent 109x99 is the measurements of two of the sides. all you need to do for the perimeter is find the sum of 109 (2) + 99 (2) = the P the area is 109 multiplied by 99 ft Hopefully this helps :)

    Area = length x width Perimeter = 2length + 2width
