    I wasn't 100% sure so I looked up the definitions to double check and I'm thinking that it's joint frequency because 38 describes the number of male students who wanted to visit Hawaii and the definition for joint frequency fit: It is called joint frequency because you are joining one variable from the row and one variable from the column.
