    okay... well.. this line has an undefined slope, sine if we plug in to points, the slope's denominator is 0, making it undefined.... so its a vertical line. x=4 is also a vertical line. So your parallel line is x=4 :)

    always remind y=ax+b where a is your slope which tells you more about how your function increases decreases or stays a constant
