Well if you look at the graphs for a strong and a weak base being titrated with a strong acid (HCl) in both cases it reacts slow and then when it approaches the equivallance point it speeds up quite rapidly and then slows down after passing the equivallance points. Ok that would be because the graphs the strong base shoots down faster than the weak one
