    In a triangle, if two sides are congruent, then the opposite angles are congruent.

    The angle opposite side VW is angle U. The angle opposite side VU is angle W. Angles U and W are congruent. That meas their measures are equal. Set the expressions of the angles equal and solve the equation. Then use the expression of angle W, and replace x with the value you found. That will give you your answer.
