    @shamallamadingdong yes, originality is definitely important. mainly, it's the idea of creation through emotion. instead of sitting in front of the science books all day, someone who believes in romanticism fills their mind with the beauty of the world and the emotions life elicits. they were the unconventional thinkers of the time, and led the writers and artists of their time down a completely new path.
