Well all of thee would be good choice but since the person who is supposedly "you" in this question cares most about education and socialization, I'd cross out A.

Okay I wasn't sure about A because the person want to have a safe place to go and study and have access to regular cultural events.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH yes sorry I thought it said "a safe place to go study" not a safe place to go AND study. Although even though that's the case, A still doesn't stand a chance since it doesn't have a library or anything of the sort.

I was thinking that festivals might help with the regular cultural event but I didn't think police and fire stations were the best place for a safe place to study. For I safe place to study I was thinking a library but answer A didn't have a library.

If that is the case with A, how about answer choice C?

Well health would indicate safeness, library indicates studying, and museums are kinda social. Sure! That's perfect!

So the answer choice C would appease both having a safe place to go study and having access to regular cultural events?

I know that museums is about learning about the past and the different cultures but I am not sure about the museum and regular culture events.

I would think so. I've played animal crossing before and I'd find one of my villagers in there sometimes.

Plus if you look at the others, there's nothing safe about them.
