    I'll give you a hint, there's a good reason why the Japanese and Americans had such a bitter war over the Pacific Ocean and why the Koreans and Japanese have issues with one another.

    They also had issues with the Chinese. A lot of issues. As in "I took over a third of your country and did some really nasty things to your people" issues.
