Simplify. (4x2 + 7x - 5) - (3x2 - 2x - 4) a: x2 + 9x - 1 b: -x2 + 5x + 1 c: -x2 - 9x - 9 d: 7x2 + 5x - 9

    look at the first and last terms in each bracket add the first pair that will give you the first term in the answer add the last pair - that will give you the last term in the answer there is only one answer that works

    I'm afraid that is not correct allow for th e- sign the first pair are 4x^2 - 3x^2
