Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0The "" means you should invert.  The "3" means you should take the cube root  The "2" means you shour square.  These operations can be done in any order.  Taking the cube root first you get: 3^2  Inverting you get: (1/3)^2  Squaring you get: 1/9
