Suppose you want to test the effectiveness of a certain drug for treating a disease—that is, you want to see if using the drug is better the standard treatment. You select 150 patients to give the drug, and 150 patients to give the standard treatment. Name at least five factors you should control for in your samples to make the test more random.

    Yeah lol Same Um Just think of some factors Like let's say the Drug...And see how it makes it more random...Because this honestly doesnt seem like a random situation lol

    I agree. maybe since the drug is for treating a disease, how bad the disease is affecting each person should be controlled? @MrProphecyXII

    That sounds reasonable. And you could change how many people get the offshore drug and how many people get the mornal treat ment to make it seem a bit more randomI suppose
