1 and 4 are congruent because they are vertical angles. 4 and 8 are congruent because they are corresponding angles. 8 and 5 are congruent because they are vertical angles. So angle 4 is congruent to 1, 5 and 8.

    5. Lines l and m are parallel. If m∠2=〖(x+23)〗^∘ and m∠3=x^∘ , find the measure of all the angles. Angle Measures m∠1=〖^∘〗 m∠2=〖^∘〗 m∠3=〖^∘〗 m∠4=〖^∘〗 m∠5=〖^∘〗 m∠6=〖^∘〗 m∠7=〖^∘〗 m∠8=〖^∘〗

Angles 2 and 3 add up to 180. Write and solve that equation then you can find all the angles.
