Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I don't know which course you are referring to but there are significant differences between 2.x.x and 3.x.x versions. Try the following link https://www.python.org/download/releases/2.5.4/

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1Just use the latest 2.7.x and it will be close enough for the class. Only the 3.x stuff has major differences.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0e.mccormick, have you taken the class start to finish with 2.7, and experienced no problems using 2.7 version? Please let me know.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1I did a chunk of it with 2.6.x and some more with 2.7.x and there are other people I have seen on here do the whole thing with 2.7.x. The differences between 2.5.x and 2.7.x are minor. With 3.x, the print statements and even basic math do NOT work the same, so you have to make a lot of corrections to fix this.
