what makes it so that you are able to literally walk on the ocean floor in the Bay of Fundy?

    You can walk on the ocean floor because the Bay of Fundy has the highest tides in the world. The tide goes out so far (half a mile in some places), that you can literally walk on the ocean floor at low tide.
