Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0ax^2 + bx + c discriminant is b^2  4ac x^2  2x + 3 discriminant = (2)^2  4*1*3 = 4  12 = 8 because the discriminant is negative we can say that there are no factors x^2  2x + 3 is prime
