Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.2\[ f(x) = −x^2 + 50x − 264 \] this is a parabola with the shape of \( \cap\), so it has a peak (called the vertex) the x value of the vertex is found using \[ x= \frac{b}{2a} \] where a and b are defined by matching your parabola with \[ y=a x^2 + bx + c \]
