    \[ f(x) = −x^2 + 50x − 264 \] this is a parabola with the shape of \( \cap\), so it has a peak (called the vertex) the x value of the vertex is found using \[ x= \frac{-b}{2a} \] where a and b are defined by matching your parabola with \[ y=a x^2 + bx + c \]

    @DarkMoonZ Sorry, I forgot that this was a quadratic function. Ugh. I did know how to do this. Sorry, cuz i saw x2 i assumed it wasn't
